OVERVIEW

The 2028 A Team provides competitive sophomores with a high-level developmental environment while giving them early exposure and the tools to prepare for recruiting. These rosters are designed for strong players who benefit most from continued skill growth, confidence building, and structured recruiting support as they enter this important stage.

Program Objectives

The mission of the 2028 A Team is to support high-potential athletes in their development while ensuring they are ready to take control of their recruiting journey in the years ahead.

  • Player Development → Continued mastery of fundamentals paired with advanced team systems.
  • IMLCA Profiles → Every player receives a profile, giving them an early platform to be visible to college coaches.
  • Film Support → Highlight creation and film review to help athletes showcase their growth.
  • Recruiting Education → Guidance for players and families on the process, what matters at this stage, and how to prepare for future outreach.

Confidence Building → Athletes develop resilience, leadership, and self-advocacy as part of their recruiting readiness.

This Summer, our teams will compete in a mix of local, regional, and national events — each chosen to match the competitive level and development goals of the roster.

  • Training Model: Position-specific development combined with full-field team play.
  • Recruiting Prep: Families are educated on the rules and timelines, ensuring expectations are clear.
  • Film Access: Athletes receive tools to build highlight reels and learn how to use them effectively.
