OVERVIEW

The 2028 AA Team brings together the top sophomores in Wisconsin, providing elite training, national competition, and early exposure during the years leading up to full recruiting eligibility. While NCAA rules prevent direct contact from Division I coaches, this is the critical stage for athletes to build their profile, develop their skills at speed, and get on the radar for when the recruiting window opens.

Program Objectives

The mission of the 2028 AA team is to prepare players for the demands of high-level competition while laying the foundation for their recruiting journey.

  • National Competition → High-level tournaments where college coaches begin identifying future prospects.
  • IMLCA Profiles → Every player receives a profile, ensuring early visibility to programs and the ability to control their recruiting information.
  • Film & Evaluation → Athletes receive highlight reel support and event footage to build their recruiting materials.
  • Skill Growth → Advanced systems and game-speed training prepare athletes for upperclass years.

Recruiting Education → Families learn what to expect in the process, what matters now, and how to prepare for September 1 of junior year.

Method

The 2028 AA experience blends exposure, education, and elite competition:

  • High-Pace Practices: Replicating the demands of high school varsity and collegiate-level play.
  • Film Integration: Every athlete develops highlight reels to support early outreach and profile building.
  • Recruiting Preparation: Guidance on what players and families can do now to prepare for contact in their junior year.

Standards & Leadership: Athletes are taught accountability, effort, and communication as they begin to step into leadership roles.
