Winter High School Training

A new, formal opportunity for serious players who are looking to make an impact.   We have a stable of college players and HS coaches who will be providing a challenging, intense workout.   The workouts will be augmented by TAP (Total Athlete Performance) who will be leading these athletes thru speed, agility, explosive movements for 45 mins prior to Lacrosse training.

This opportunity is open to any player from any part of the state.   It is unique in the incorporating of individual skill acquisition with time spent to try/fail/learn and mastery of new or old techniques in the last 30 mins of small area play.

DETAILS

  • Dates: Jan 5, 12, 19, 26; Feb 2, 9, 16, 23

  • Times:  11:15 am – 1:45pm

  • Cost: Drop in:  $ 65 per session; Monthly Membership: $ 225 per player (ie. all sessions in Jan)

  • 40 players Limit – 2 goalies max

  • 8th graders by invite only**
