Stickwork Workshop with Andrew Stimmel

Come join us for a workshop on stick skills!  Coaches in our community, and at levels beyond High School are always needing players with confident stickwork.   Fluid Lacrosse is excited about the opportunity to add new layers to your stickwork, all by practicing high tempo reps to try new or refined techniques under the watchful eye of college players.

Coach Stimmel will be presenting a 30 – 45 mins on mental performance during the event.   This is the opportunity to be educated on proven skills to give structure to any athlete’s plan for greatness.  Coach Stimmel, with 10 years of Division 1 coaching experience, as a Head Coach, Associate Asst coach, and Offensive Coordinator, will be available as a lacrosse coach during the event if parents\players are interested in recruiting guidance(2026, 2027 years only).

Who is this for –  MS & HS players looking to improve & add layers to existing game (serious/advanced players)

When –  December 15th

Time –  Grad Year 2025, 2026, 2027 (12:00 pm – 2:30 pm) – Grad Year 2028, 2029, 2030 (2:00 pm – 4:30 pm)
