OVERVIEW
The 2027 A Team provides juniors with a high-level developmental and recruiting environment, combining advanced training with events that give players meaningful exposure during this crucial year. These rosters are built for high-potential athletes who benefit most from continued skill growth while receiving the full recruiting support of the Fluid staff.
Program Objectives
The 2027 A experience emphasizes growth, exposure, and recruiting readiness:
- Practice Structure: Position-specific training paired with full-field system work.
- Recruiting Education: Players are mentored on how to email coaches, answer calls, and stand out authentically.
- Highlight Support: Film review and highlight reel development woven into the season.
Culture & Standards: Athletes are held to high expectations for accountability, resilience, and leadership.
Anticipated Schedule
This Summer, our teams will compete in a mix of local, regional, and national events — each chosen to match the competitive level and development goals of the roster.
Method
The 2027 AA experience is modeled on the demands of college lacrosse:
- High-Pace Practices: Decision making, game IQ, and advanced schemes reinforced daily.
- Recruiting Mentorship: Staff check-ins ensure athletes are actively building relationships with the right programs.
