Madison Training Options
This fall, Fluid Lacrosse is offering a series of supplemental skills sessions designed to give players extra training opportunities outside of regular practices. These sessions focus on high-rep, position-specific instruction for both 10U–14U and high school athletes.
Whether you’re looking to improve dodging, defending, faceoffs, or goalie play, these small-group sessions are a chance to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and compete at a higher level. Spots are limited — register early to secure your place

10U Boys “Sixes” Free Play League
The 10U Boys program brings something new and exciting — a Sixes Free Play League, modeled after the fast-paced format that will debut in the 2028 Olympics.
What is “Sixes?”
Sixes is a modern, high-tempo version of lacrosse that blends field and box styles into a smaller, faster 6-on-6 game. With constant transitions and minimal stoppages, players get more touches, more reps, and more fun.
Why Sixes works for Player Development
- More touches, more growth — every player is active in every possession
- Faster decision-making — continuous play builds lacrosse IQ and reaction speed
- All-around skill building — everyone plays both sides of the ball
- Game-based learning — development happens naturally through play
- Future-ready format — Sixes is the foundation for lacrosse’s return to the Olympics
League Details
- Open to 30 players
- Free play format — play, compete, and learn through experience
- Ideal for players eager to develop creativity and confidence
- Designed for fun, freedom, and skill growth
