10U Boys “Sixes” Free Play League

The 10U Boys program brings something new and exciting — a Sixes Free Play League, modeled after the fast-paced format that will debut in the 2028 Olympics.

What is “Sixes?”

Sixes is a modern, high-tempo version of lacrosse that blends field and box styles into a smaller, faster 6-on-6 game. With constant transitions and minimal stoppages, players get more touches, more reps, and more fun.

Why Sixes works for Player Development

  • More touches, more growth — every player is active in every possession
  • Faster decision-making — continuous play builds lacrosse IQ and reaction speed
  • All-around skill building — everyone plays both sides of the ball
  • Game-based learning — development happens naturally through play
  • Future-ready format — Sixes is the foundation for lacrosse’s return to the Olympics

League Details

  • Open to 30 players
  • Free play format — play, compete, and learn through experience
  • Ideal for players eager to develop creativity and confidence
  • Designed for fun, freedom, and skill growth

Total Athlete Performance (TAP) Winter Training

We’re excited to partner with Total Athlete Performance (TAP) to bring a comprehensive athletic development program to Fluid players this winter.

These sessions run alongside our winter lacrosse training at GRB and are designed to help players improve a key part of their game that often gets overlooked — athleticism.

From TAP

“At TAP, we are excited to bring our premier training space, staff, and proven process to Fluid Lacrosse, helping build REAL dynamic athletes within the program. Our team training isn’t about just hopping into a lift and under barbells, it’s about developing complete athletes through a performance-first approach centered on speed, agility, and explosive power development.

Every one-hour group session is built to enhance how athletes move dynamically to improve real on-field performance as lacrosse players. Strength training plays an important role, but is integrated strategically to reinforce speed and power rather than replace them. Backed by data and proven systems, our group training transforms athletes from simply lifting weights to moving with purpose, precision, and game-changing explosiveness.”
