Dave Neff

David brings 30 years of coaching experience, with stops at True, Yeti, Team Illinois, Saint Charles HS, and Neuqua Valley HS. A University of Illinois alum, he is a 3-time CCIW Coach of the Year, IHSA Illinois HS Coach of the Year, and US Lacrosse Illinois Chapter Man of the Year. Currently the Head Coach at Carthage College, David emphasizes player development and loves giving back to the game.
