Jay Kang

Jay has 4 years of coaching experience, including with Waunakee Boys Lacrosse. He has also built high-performance teams in the corporate world and now runs his own business. Jay focuses on growing players’ love for the game and helping both athletes and parents set the right expectations. He coaches because of what lacrosse has given his family and to help others navigate their lacrosse journey in a non-traditional market.
